After the Auction the Building will be “gutted”, we will be selling everything except the cement

All items left in place…Bring your cordless drills, screwdrivers, tools (Buyer is responsible for removal…be prepared)

• All Items must be removed by Wednesday October 17th, at 5 p.m.

• Preview from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Day of Auction Only; Removal 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Day of Auction and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. October 17th

• TERMS: Cash, Credit Card, In-State Checks ONLY!

• Sales Tax will be charged unless qualified exemption certification provided

• Announcements made day of auction super-cede all advertisements
